भारत के राष्ट्रपति, राष्ट्राध्यक्ष हैं और भारत के संविधान में यथा निर्धारित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हैं। राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय, राष्ट्रपति को उनके संवैधानिक, समारोहिक और अन्य राजकीय दायित्वों के निर्वहन में अनुसचिवीय सहायता प्रदान करता है।

राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय के मुखिया राष्ट्रपति के सचिव हैं जिन्हें, राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय की वेबसाइट पर दिए गए ब्योरे के अनुसार, अधिकारियों की एक टीम द्वारा सहयोग प्रदान किया जाता है। राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय में सचिवालय, गृह और उद्यान कार्य प्रभारित अवस्थापनाएं शामिल हैं। ये स्कंध संवैधानिक, प्रशासनिक, राजकीय अतिथियों के आतिथ्य, विभिन्न विषयों पर जन साधारण की याचिकाओं तथा राष्ट्रपति भवन, राष्ट्रपति संपदा और उद्यान के रखरखाव से संबंधित कार्य करते हैं।

कार्यकारी शक्ति के संबंधित मामलों और संविधियों के तहत शक्तियों अथवा संवैधानिक प्राधिकारियों की नियुक्ति से जुड़े राष्ट्रपति के ध्यानाकर्षण की आवश्यकता वाले सभी मामले, संबंधित नोडल मंत्रालयों से राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय को प्राप्त होते हैं तथा राष्ट्रपति के सचिव के माध्यम से राष्ट्रपति को प्रस्तुत किए जाते हैं। राष्ट्रपति द्वारा प्रस्तावित कार्रवाई की स्वीकृति दिए जाने के बाद यह फाइलें संबंधित मंत्रालयों को वापस भेज दी जाती हैं।

Q-1) Information about the Bills assented to by the President and Bills passed by the Parliament and pending before the President of India.

Ans) The Bills assented to by the President are accessible on the President's Secretariat website, "https://rashtrapatisachivalaya.gov.in". The detailed information is also available on the official website of Lok Sabha, "sansad.in/ls".

Q-2) Number of times the President of India has consulted the Supreme Court under Article 143, of Indian Constitution.

Ans) The applicant is advised to obtain the information from the Ministry of Law and Justice (Department of Legal Affairs), being the nodal Department in the matter.

Q-3) Translation or Authoritative Texts of how many Central Acts have been published in Official Languages.

Ans) The information is available in the public domain and can be accessed on "https://legislative.gov.in".

Ans ) There is no separate account kept for each particular function. The expenditure is incurred from the Annual Budget allocated to Household Section.

1इसके संगठन, कार्य और दायित्वों का विवरणयह सूचना राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध है।
2इसमें अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों की शक्तियां और दायित्वराष्ट्रपति सचिवालय के सभी अधिकारियों के कार्य आवंटन का चार्ट वेबसाइट पर है।
3पर्यवेक्षण और जवाबदेही के चरणों सहित निर्णय प्रक्रिया में अपनाई गई कार्य प्रणालीवेबसाइट पर कार्य आवंटन में निर्णय प्रक्रिया में अपनाई जाने वाली कार्यप्रणाली दी गई है। कार्य आबंटन में जवाबदेही भाग भी शामिल है।
4अपने कामकाज के निर्वहन के लिए निर्धारित मानदंडराष्ट्रपति सचिवालय के लिए कोई विशिष्ट मानदंड नहीं हैं। भारत सरकार के मंत्रालयों/विभागों में लागू सामान्य नियम/अनुदेश राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय पर भी लागू होते हैं।
5इसके कार्यों को सम्पन्न करने के लिए कर्मचारियों द्वारा प्रयोग किए जाने वाले नियम, विनियम, अनुदेश, नियमावली और रिकॉर्डराष्ट्रपति सचिवालय अन्य केंद्रीय मंत्रालयों/विभागों पर लागू सामान्य नियमों/विनियमों का पालन करता है।
6इसके द्वारा धारित अथवा इसके नियंत्रणाधीन दस्तावेजों की श्रेणियों का विवरणअनुच्छेद 77(3) के अंतर्गत, राष्ट्रपति ने भारतसरकार के कारोबार के संचालन तथा मंत्रालयों के बीच ऐसे कार्य आवंटन के नियम बनाए थे। सम्बन्धित मंत्रालय, मूल फाइलों और कागजातों के संरक्षक हैं।
7नीति के निर्माण और उसके कार्यान्वयन के सम्बन्ध में जनता के सदस्यों के साथ विचार- विमर्श अथवा अभ्यावेदन के लिए मौजूद व्यवस्थाओं का विवरणचूंकि नीतियों का निर्माण और कार्यान्वयन सम्बन्धित मंत्रालयों और विभागों द्वारा किया जाता है, इसलिए जनता के सदस्यों के साथ विचार-विमर्श के लिए राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय के लिए कोई विशेष व्यवस्था नहीं है।
8इसके द्वारा गठित, दो या उससे अधिक व्यक्तियों वाले बोर्डों, परिषदों, समितियों और अन्य निकायों का विवरण। इसके अतिरिक्त, जनता इनसे मिल क्या इसकी बैठकें जनता के लिए खुली होती हैं अथवा क्या ऐसी बैठकों के कार्यवृत्त जनता को उपलब्ध होते हैंलागू नहीं
9इसके अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों की निर्देशिकाअधिकारियों के नाम, पदनाम सहित, वेबसाइट पर दिए गए हैं।
10इसके प्रत्येक अधिकारियों द्वारा प्राप्त मासिक पारिश्रमिक, इसके विनियमों में उपलब्ध क्षतिपूर्ति व्यवस्था सहितसूचना वेबसाइट पर दी गई है
11इसकी प्रत्येक एजेंसी को आवंटित बजट,सभी योजनाओं का विवरण, प्रस्तावित व्यय तथा संवितरण रिपोर्टसम्बन्धित मंत्रालयों द्वारा योजनाएं और नीतियां कार्यान्वित की जाती हैं।
12आबंटित राशियों सहित सब्सिडी कार्यक्रमों के कार्यान्वयन की पद्धति तथा ऐसेलागू नहीं।
13रियायतों के प्राप्तकर्ताओं, इसके द्वारा प्रदान किए गए परमिट या प्राधिकार का ब्योरालागू नहीं।

15जनता के लिए पुस्तकालय या वाचनालय है तो उसके कार्य के समय सहित सूचना प्राप्त करने के लिए नागरिकों को उपलब्ध सुविधाओं का विवरणराष्ट्रपति सचिवालय द्वारा जनता के लिए कोई पुस्तकालय या वाचनालय का रखरखाव नहीं किया जाता।
