Yes. Online-booking can be made 07 days in advance through the link on the website - https://visit.rashtrapatibhavan.gov.in/

Rashtrapati Bhavan Main Building, Museum, Niwas (Shimla) and Nilayam (Hyderabad) are open Tuesday to Sunday, closed on Mondays and Gazetted Holidays. Amrit Udyan is open during Udyan Utsav (Feb-Mar & Aug-Sep) from Tuesday to Saturday. The Change of Guard Ceremony takes place every Saturday, except on Gazetted Holidays.

a. Rashtrapati Bhavan Main Building (New Delhi): Seven slots from 09:30 AM - 04:30 PM; entry closes at 04:00 PM (60 persons per slot).
b. Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum (New Delhi): Five slots from 09:30 AM - 05:00 PM; entry closes at 04:00 PM (250 persons per slot).
c. Amrit Udyan: Open 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM; last entry at 05:15 PM.
d. Change of Guard Ceremony: Saturdays at 08:00 AM (150 persons).
e. Rashtrapati Nilayam (Hyderabad): Open with seven slots from 10:00 AM - 05:00 PM (entry closes at 04:00 PM) and two evening slots on weekends from 05:00 PM - 07:00 PM (entry closes at 06:00 PM).
f. Rashtrapati Niwas (Shimla): Eight slots from 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM; entry closes at 05:00 PM.

All circuits of Rashtrapati Bhavan are not open for visitors on Mondays, Gazetted holidays and such other days as may be notified by Rashtrapati Bhavan from time to time.

a. For visit to Rashtrapati Bhavan: Entry is allowed through Gate No.2 (Rajpath), Gate No.37 (via Dalhousie Road-Dara Sukhoi Marg), and Gate No.38 (via Church Road-Brassy Avenue) of Rashtrapati Bhavan. Please find the map here.
b. For visit to Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum: Entry is allowed through Gate No.30 (Mother Teresa Crescent Road). Please find the map here.
c. For visit to Amrit Udyan: Entry is allowed through Gate No. 35 (via Church Road-Brassy Avenue) of Rashtrapati Bhavan. Please find the map here.
d. For visit to Change of Guard Ceremony: Entry is allowed through Gate no. 2 (Kartavya Path) and Gate no. 37 (via Dara Shikoh Road) of Rashtrapati Bhavan. Please find the map here.
e. For visit to Rashtrapati Nilayam, Hyderabad: Entry is allowed through Gate no. 2. Please find the map here.

a. For visit to the Rashtrapati Bhavan main building: Parking of only light vehicles is allowed inside Rashtrapati Bhavan i.e., Near Gate No. 37. All types of vehicles including heavy vehicles are allowed from Gate No.37
b. For visit to the Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum: Parking near Gate No.30 (Mother Teresa Crescent Road, Talkatora Stadium) is allowed
c. For visit to the Change of Guard Ceremony: Parking near Arogya Vanam, near Gate No. 37.
d. For visit to the Rashtrapati Nilayam, Hyderabad: Parking in C2 campus
e. For visit to the Rashtrapati Niwas, Shimla: Parking outside Gate no. 1

Indian citizens are required to carry valid photo ID cards. In case of foreigners, they should make their booking for the visit along with photocopies of their passport. On the day of visit, they are required to carry their original passport for identification.

Yes, one can purchase souvenirs from any of the two Curio Shops located at Rashtrapati Bhavan. One is in the main building of Rashtrapati Bhavan near the Reception area and the other one is located in the Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum.

Charges For Indian Citizens:
 

  • Amrit Udyan: Free; booking online or at kiosks outside Gate 35.
  • Other Delhi & Non-Delhi Circuits: Rs. 50/- per visitor, per circuit. Group rates: Rs. 1,200/- for 30 persons, Rs. 1,200/- + Rs. 50/- per additional visitor for larger groups.

Charges For Foreign Nationals:
 

  • Amrit Udyan: Free; booking online or at kiosks outside Gate 35.
  • Delhi Circuits: Rs. 50/- per visitor, per circuit. Group rates as above.
  • Hyderabad & Shimla Circuits: Rs. 250/- per visitor, per circuit. Group rates: Rs. 6,000/- for 30 persons, Rs. 6,000/- + Rs. 250/- per additional visitor for larger groups.

Note: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Payment has to be made by UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards or through Net Banking while making the booking online. The Registration confirmation will be communicated through e-mail/SMS.

Only children below the age of 8 years are exempted from payment of registration charges.

Online booking is confirmed through e-mail/SMS sent to the registered email and mobile number of the visitor(s). For security reasons, the President’s Secretariat reserves the right to approve/refuse permission to any person or group of persons for visiting Rashtrapati Bhavan.

The confirmation to visit all the three tourist circuits is subject to cancellation, in exceptional circumstances. All confirmed visitors shall be notified of such cancellation in advance on their registered mobile numbers and email ids.
